Best Vitamins for your Hair, Skin & Nails

I get a lot of questions from you guys and friends asking me if I take vitamins for my hair, skin and nails. The answer is yes I do…and a lot of them! Right after my pregnancy with Dom I started to lose a lot of hair and my skin was insanely bad. My hormones were going crazy and my body just a little out of control. I’ve always been really OCD with my hair and my skin so when they started to go crazy…well, so did I. So I did a lot of research and found a great combination of vitamins to strengthen my hair and nails and to brighten, clear my skin and help with wrinkles (after all I am 32 now!).

So here is my slightly crazy daily vitamin combo
